Flashmob
As unsuspecting staff helped several 'new starters' settle into the office on their first day, little did they know what was about to happen. At a given moment an electric piano appeared and the 'new starters' began a rousing, choreographed rendition of 'Nine to Five' and all to help the company embed a new value: We constantly surprise!'
Arthur Waterman - WW1 Conscientious Objector
Bishop Stortford Museum commissioned Twisted Events Presents to research, write and produce a forty-five minute stage play about Arthur Waterman which was performed in the Rhodes Arts Theatre housed within the Museum. A rich seam of material was provided from historical newspaper coverage about Arthur's case to original letters owned by the Waterman family. The audience were invited to be judge and jury at the end of the play, the verdict, a clear fifty-fifty engendered very lively discussions!
Historical Dinners - Bygone characters brought back to life!
This event is designed to play out over a dinner.
Designed to be fun and add another dimension to your dining experience.
Any historical character of your choice can be brought to life for your delegates. In the costume of the period our character and their spouse – current squeeze – will mingle with your guests over pre-dinner drinks. Between courses they may read from their great works (perhaps Dickens or H G Wells) or describe their adventures (perhaps Joan of Arc). Over coffee a fast-paced quiz is held about the character, where all the answers have been given throughout the improvised evening. A great event to build team morale.
