One-to-One Roleplay
The backbone of drama based training. The actor takes on the role of a character, the delegates play themselves and a peer group observe. At the end of each role-play constructive and pertinent feedback is given to the participant.
Bespoke Roleplay
This is a very powerful formula to deal with challenging situtations for individuals. Delegates describe their circumstances to the actor who takes on and plays back the difficult behaviours. The participants have the opportunity to practice different approaches and to work towards a positive result.
Forum Theatre
This style of highly interactive drama-based training, ideal for larger delegate groups appeals to all learning styles. Delegates observe a scene that quickly hits problems. The characters turn to them for help and advice, weaving their precise words back into the action. Delegates therefore have the opportunity to learn from sharing best practice with their peers and from seeing their ideas and thoughts being played out in front of them.
Simulation
This form of drama based training removes the delegates from their every day environment and puts them into a parallel world in which they have the opportunity to practice new skills to fit the learning objectives required.
This style of training lends itself well to Leadership and Team Building and Effectiveness with the ability to boost business productivity.
